Procedures

Creation: Renewal: The renewal for one year of a .IT domain name extends the registration period of the domain for another year.

Change of owner: The ownership change procedure (for a fee) is not available online. Please contact our customer care department.
Change of registrar: You must start a transfer request on Gandi's website by entering exactly the same owner information that currently exist for the domain. We will then send a link with a document to be downloaded, filled out, and sent to the registry. The transfer will then take place within 10 days of the reception of your document by the registry.
