Procedures
Registration: During the registration of your .COOP domain on our website, you must indicate your "CVC" (.COOP Verification Code) which is a reference number that indicates your eligibility to register a .COOP. If you don't have a "CVC", please fill out the form available on the .COOP registry's website.Renewal: The domain is deactivated upon expiration. Late renewal is possible up to 45 days after the expiration date.

Transfer (registrar transfer) : Transfers are launched from the interface of your new registrar. Be sure that you provide your authorization code, and that your domain does not have a TransferProhibited status, does not expire soon, and has not been created or transferred for less than 60 days. The transfer requires email confirmation.
Owner change: Please contact our customer service team. The new owner must have a "CVC" indicating their eligibility for a .COOP domain.
Deletion process: There is no quarantine period. If the domain is not renewed, the domain will be deleted 45 days after its expiration date. See this table.
