Change of owner: The current procedure consists of having the current and new owners accept an e-mail confirming the ownership change.
Change of registrar: You must begin the process at your new registrar. A confirmation e-mail will be sent (FOA) to the e-mail address of the current owner of the domain. On average the processing time for this procedure can take from 1 to 10 days.
