Error: Incomplete Owner Information for Incoming Transfer

When you transfer you domain to Gandi, you might see the following error, or something similar:

Though it says "Errors", it it really just a notice that some information needed to create the new contact handle was missing from your domain's current Whois data. This arises when a registrar is using a non-standard Whois format that does not provided Gandi with all the necessary information.

To continue with the process, simply click on "Change" to update the fields that are missing. If this interface does not allow you to change the required fields, please contact our Customer Care Department.
