Create an SMTP account for Outlook
The SMTP account for Outlook is set up from the POP3 or IMAP configuration page (or HTTP etc. ...but we're not going to go into those).Start by going to "Internet e-mail settings (POP3 or IMAP)", and enter the name of your SMTP server in the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" box. This will be smtp.yourdomain.tld, in our example this is smtp.ganditutorial.com
Click on "More settings...", then go to the "Outgoing server" tab. From there, enter your connection information (which is the same for both your POP3 and IMAP accounts) and click on "OK".
