1. Changing the contact using the 'batch change' fonction

If you are the owner or administrative contact of many domains, you may simultaniously change the contacts of multiple domains at once.

To do this, log into the control panel of your list of domains by clicking on the Manage tab on our website. You will then see your list of domains if you have more than one (see case 2 if you only have one domaine.

Begin by selecting the domains whose contacts you want to change:

Once this is done, go to the "batch change" tool on the bottom of the page...

...and select the contact that you want to change for the selected domains:

When you are ready, click "Ok" to continue, and bring up the form where you can enter the Gandi handle of the person who will become the new contact:

After you have entered the new Gandi handle, click "Submit" to apply the change. You will then see a confirmation page telling you that the changes have been made, and that will let you return to the control panel of all your domains.
