3. Changing the contacts of a domain: by form

If you are unable to change the contacts of your domain online, you may request that Gandi change the handles for you.

To do this, the domain's owner can send us our e-mail change form. This form must be accompanied by the necessary proofs of identity which are:

• If the owner/administrative handle belongs to a person: a copy of a photo ID of that person, who must also sign the contact change form.
• If the owner/administrative handle belongs to a company or association, etc: a legal document (ex. certificate of incorporation, registration, etc.) stating the name of the person signing the form as president, director, CEO, etc, accompanied by their photo ID.

Only the the owner of a domain or its administive contact can request a contact change.
