How can I hide my email address ?

Like any other accredited registrar, we must publish not only your e-mail address in our Whois database. However, in order to avoid problems with spam, we offer your the option of encrypting your email address as it appears in the Whois.

Simply check the antispam option on your Account page.

The coded address will be like: ab3a1046d1b51f35a55862198a88013b-ar41@contact.gandi.net, and it will have the following characterics :

• It is published instead of your true email address
• It is a valid email address
• Messages sent to this address will go through our anti-virus and anti-spam filters
• The coded address will vary: it may be regenerated on a regular basis, automatically, or on upon your request
• When the address is regenerated, the previous one is still available for 24 hours.
