What access rights does an owner have?

The owner of a domain name has access to all our website's domain management tools, and has the authority to change the owner. He/she may also change the list of contacts.
The only settings the owner cannot change are :

• The first and last name
• The name of the company
• The type of account (individual, association, company)

The country can only be changed if the owner's handle is not tied to a .fr.
