Answers to Your Questions

How can I use Gandi Mail (settings) ?

To use Gandi Mail, your domain name must be registered with Gandi.

You are free to use Gandi Mail with Gandi's DNS or with any other DNS, as long as you are able to modify your DNS 'zone', specifically your MX records.

If you are not using Gandi's DNS, and you want to use the Gandi Mail service, you need change the zone of your primary nameserver (see your service provider to see how/if you can do this), to add the following MX record to your zone:
@ 10800 IN MX 10 spool.mail.gandi.net.

You may also use the following records:
pop 10800 IN CNAME access.mail.gandi.net.
imap 10800 IN CNAME access.mail.gandi.net.
smtp 10800 IN CNAME relay.mail.gandi.net.
webmail 10800 IN CNAME agent.mail.gandi.net.

Do not forget the final 'dot' at the end of the lines, or it will not work!
