May I have a letter of reimbursement for my accounting dept?
When you send your request for a reimbursement to our accounting service, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail.
If you want to receive a reimbursement letter attached to your reimbursement cheque that we send to you in the mail, please request this when you write to our Customer Care service.
