How can I do to recover my password if my email address is invalid ?

You have lost your password, and unfortunately you cannot get it back with the online tools because your email address is incorrect.

You may ask Gandi to change the e-mail address associated with your Gandi account. To do this, please fill out and mail to us the email change form.

Don't forget to accompany your form with the necessary proofs of identification. Please send your documents to:

On receipt of your documents, we will change the e-mail address according to your wishes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation. Then you will be able to get back your password with the online tools.
