How can I know for which domain name I was charged ?
You may obtain the list of invoices linked to your Gandi handle in the Manage section. In the 'Invoices' tab, you can sort the invoices by invoice number or by amount.
If it does not help, please tell us :
- Either the authorization number of the credit card debit. If needed you can request this reference number from your bank.
- Or :
- The first 6 numbers of your credit card
- The expiration date of your credit card at the time of purchase
- The date of purchase
- The amount in euros
- The first and last name of the credit card holder.
With this information, we will be able to tell you which domain name corresponds to which debit.
In the event that an actual error has occurred, Gandi will offer you a refund.
