How do I update my personal informations ?
You may modify the contact information of your Gandi account by logging into our Account page, (in the "Administration" tab). Then click on the "Update my personal information" link.
All information may be updated. Please note that if your account it associated to the owner of a domain name, you may not change the following fields :
- The first and/or last name
- The name of the company
- The type of the account (individual, association, company, etc.)
The country may only be modified if the owner account is not tied to a .FR domain name.
You may also update your address and e-mail if they have changed.
If you have lost your password, please follow our change of e-mail by form procedure, which will allow us to identify you by proofs of identity instead of a password.
Your modifications will be applied automatically, and will be visible immediately in the Whois.
