How can I set up my e-mail client?

When you set up your e-mail account on your e-mail client (Thunderbird, Mail, Outlook etc.) you will need to provide the following:

(note: the 'tld' at the end of your domain stands for 'top level domain". It is the .com, .net, .org etc that makes up the end of a domain name)

Incoming server (POP or POP3): pop.yourdomain.tld (or mail.gandi.net if you are using the secure mode)
Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.yourdomain.tld (or mail.gandi.net if you are using the secure mode)
If you choose to use IMAP: imap.yourdomain.tld (or mail.gandi.net if you are using the secure mode)

Username: the name of your mailbox (ex. yadaydada@yourdomain.tld)

Password (outgoing and incoming): this is the password that you gave when you created the mailbox on the a-mail mailbox creation page

You can also access your mailbox using our webmail at: http://webmail.yourdomain.tld
