To lodge a compaint, you need to follow the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and the Procedures outlined within this policy.

Which are the criteria for decision?
Usually the panel decides the case on the base of these criteria and their supporting evidence:
- The domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights,
- The respondent has rights or legitimate interests in the domain name (for example, the legitimate offering of goods and services under the same name),
- The domain name was registered and is being used in bad faith.
