Who will be the owner of the domain name?

The domain name will belong to the person or entity specified as the owner at the time of it's registration and indicated as such in the Whois, as long as it is renewed each year. The owner is not necessarily the one who paid for the domain name.

A domain name's owner can be found by looking up the domain name in Gandi's Whois search engine.

The owner of a domain name is listed in after 'owner-name', under the line, domain

For instance: regarding gandi.net the owner is GANDI SAS
