This position reports directly to the COO, and involves interfacing with customers as part of an international support team. You will work with experts in DNS, web hosting, cloud hosting, and virtualization, to bring the benefits of these technologies to a wide range of customers.

If you know your way around in Linux, and have worked with administering email and web sites, we can take you to expert level with our comprehensive training program. Through troubleshooting issues that customers have using our services, you will rapidly learn the full capabilities of our services, and be in an excellent position to advance with Gandi US as we grow.
