随着 ICANN 宣布释出“域名冲突 (Name Collision)”的字词，域名管理局Donuts 推出 EAP (Early Access Program) 专案，此专案类似抢滩期，介于日升期与全面开放之间，为期七天，域名的注册费用会随时间递减，也就是 EAP 开始的第一天，注册费用最高，到了 EAP 第七天，注册费用则最低。
以往 EAP 是专用于刚上线的域名，现也用以被释出的域名冲突之字词。Donuts 将依域名的“类别”阶段性的开放大众注册域名，例如，本周开放的域名类别为“购物”，下周将开放“资产”类域名。
下列为本周开放的域名与原价注册费 (A费率)：
