Why .page?
Why get a .page domain name?
In order to address the bottleneck in traditional domain names like .com, but also .net and certain geographic domain endings, ICANN decided to create new domain endings in the early 2010s, with some devoted to particular areas of interest. That's the case with .page which, like .info or .tv, is directly associated with a certain type of content, in this case, a webpage that can take the form of a blog or a showcase website, for example.
A .page domain name expands your online possibilities
The word "page" isn't just an English word, but is used in several other languages, like Spanish and French, for example. As such, creating a .page domain name helps you reach beyond the borders of your home country and promote your business internationally. The .page domain ending is especially well suited for those who want to share what they're doing with the internet, for professionals looking to attract new customers, even for students and researchers who want a place to put their publications up online.
Clearly identify your area of activity with a .page domain name
Like other specialized domain endings like .info, .page gives internet users a very precise idea of what they'll find on your site, namely, content that presents in writing your area of activity in the format you wish, while adopting the communication to the identity of your business.
