This is why we have created this page, so that you can share your views and comments with us, and provide us with feedback that we can better serve you.

You can also use this page to let us know if you are unsatisfied with our service and wish to file a complaint. To do this please use the form below, taking care to use the "Comments/Suggestions" section to elaborate on your issue in as much detail as possible.Our Customer Support Manager immediately receives a copy of your feedback or complaint once you submit this form. Your case will be investigated right away, and in the event that you have filed a complaint about our service, you will receive a reply within 3 days.

If you are still not satisfied with the situation, you may send an email to nobullshit@gandi.net, a special email address monitored by Gandi's senior management (for more information on this: https://www.gandi.net/no-bullshit).

In all cases, please provide your name and contact information, as well as a clear description of your situation and your customer support ticket number, so that we can examine your case as efficiently as possible.
