List of paper forms

Below is a list of paper forms available for all the operations that you cannot (for the moment) do online directly via your Gandi handle. These forms are ONLY to be used when you cannot make the changes yourself online. All unjustified requests will not be processed.

Change of owner

Only use this form if you have been told to do so by a Gandi Customer Care Representative. Ownership change is now done online in your domain name's control panel (by clicking on the 'Change owner' link), or by selecting the 'Ownership change' option in the Batch Change menu under your list of domains.

Anticipated deletion of a domain

This form is used only if you must delete the domain before its expiration date; renewal is not automatic at Gandi, and expired domains will automatically be deleted.

E-mail address change of a Gandi handle

This form is only to be used if you have forgotten the handle's password, and its current e-mail address is incorrect.

Contact change of a Gandi domain

This may be done online at any time. Only use this form if our Customer Care department has asked you to.
