Assigning: .ею domain names are open to:- individuals residing within the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein,
- business having its registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein,
- organizations established within the European Union. Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.
In the framework of the .ею opening (1st June, 2016) the registry has allocated to the current holders of a .EU domain name in Cyrillic characters the domain name corresponding in .ею free of charge for 3 years. At the end of this 3 years period, .EU domain names in Cyrillic characters will be definitively deleted.
Syntax: from 2 to 63 alphanumeric characters or a hyphen (excluding in the first and last place)

Procedures
Renewal: before the expiration dateDisputes: ADR
Transfer (change of Registrar): the request is launched from the website of the domain's new Registrar. Be sure that you have the domain's auth code (valid 40 days), and that the domain does not expire soon. The transfer must be confirmed by email and the registration period is extended by one year. Trade (changing the owner and the Registrar at the same time) takes place via the same procedure as transfer (the current owner must provide the authorization code obtained to the new owner who will submit it to the new Registrar)
Change of owner: available on our interface, the current procedure consists of sending a confirmation e-mail to the new and current owners of the domain name. The expiration date remains unchanged.
