Assigning:- .PT : from March 1, 2012, .PT opens to everyone
- .COM.PT domain names are open to everyone
Syntax: from 2 to 63 alphanumeric characters or a hyphen (excluding in the first and last place). The opening of 2 characters domain names will occur the 3rd of November 2014 under the first come, first served basis and according a specific price as indicated during your registration request (some domain names will be allocated on auctions)
IDN (accented domain names): no
Registration period: 1 year
Second-level extensions: yes, .COM.PT
Procedures
Renewal: No later than 2 days before the expiration date.Disputes: Dispute resolution policy.
Transfer (change of Registrar): The process is started on the new registrar's interface. Ensure that you have the domain's authorization code (this code is valid for 30 days and can only be used once), and that your domain name does not expire soon. The transfer does not change the domain's expiration date.
Change of Ownership: Not available on our website, please contact our customer service department. The owner change does not change the domain's expiration date.
