Accreditation: Gandi has been accredited by Employ Media LLC since 2012Terms and Conditions
Assigning: The .JOBS domain names are reserved for natural or legal persons meeting the following conditions:- Members of the Society for Human Resource Management ("SHRM"); or
- People engaged in human resource management practices that meet one of the following criteria: (i) have experience in the management of human resources employees; (ii) are certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute; or (iii) support the SHRM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct in Human Resources Management, as amended from time to time.
Applications to register a .JOBS domain name are only accepted in the categories listed below:
- The "company name " category: the company registering the domain name must be an employer.
The company name category consists exclusively of those names which are, or include: the legal trade name of the company, or a name by which the company is commonly known (such as a brand name or product name). The Registry may contact you for additional information.
- non-“company name” category: any .JOBS domain assigned in this category is awarded at the registry discretion.
Syntax: from 3 to 63 alphanumeric characters or a hyphen (excluding in the first and last place and third and fourth place) for the registration of domain names of 2 characters please contact our support team

Procedures
Renewal: domains are deactivated upon expiration. It is possible to renew up to 45 days following the expiration dateDisputes: URS, UDRP and Resolution Service Complaint
Transfer (change of Registrar): the process is started on the new registrar's interface with an auth code. Ensure that your domain does not have a TransferProhibited status, is older than 60 days and has not been transferred in the last 60 days. The effective transfer depends on your validation (by email) and renews the domain name for one year
Change of Ownership: available on our interface, the current procedure consists in email confirmation by both former and new domain name owner. The expiration date is unchanged
Deletion process: quarantine of 30 days
