Assigning: .台灣 (.xn--kpry57d) domain names are open to anyone.Syntax: from 3 to 63 alphanumeric characters or a hyphen (excluding in the first and last place).
IDN (accented domain name): yes.
Registration period: 1 to 10 years.
Second-level extensions: no.
Procedures
Registration: legal persons have to provide their registration/business number or VAT number.Renewal: domains are deactivated upon expiration. It is possible to renew up to 30 days following the expiration date.
Disputes: policy, rules, service providers.
Transfer (change of Registrar): the process is started on our interface with an auth code. Ensure that your domain does not have a TransferProhibited status, will not expire in less than 90 days, is older than 60 days. The effective transfer depends on your validation (by e-mail). Please note if you transfer a domain name from a domestic Registrar, the completion of the procedure is manual and requires a dedicated form with ID documents.
Change of Ownership: available on our interface.
