Procedures

Eligibility verification: The Registry carries out eligibility verifications. After the registration of your domain name, if you have not been previously verified, your domain name will not be activated (status "server hold"). The Registry will contact you by email within 1 business day with instructions to complete the verification and so to activate your domain name. If you do not complete the verification within the given deadline, your domain name will be deleted without refund. Please note if you modify your contact details, the Registry will proceed with a new verification procedure.
Renewal: The domain is deactivated upon expiration. Late renewal is possible up to 45 days after the expiration date.
Disputes: UDRP, CEDRP
Transfer (registrar transfer) : Transfers are launched from the interface of your new registrar. Be sure that you provide your authorization code, and that your domain does not have a TransferProhibited status, does not expire soon, and has not been created or transferred for less than 60 days. The transfer requires email confirmation.
